Throughout this website is information about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), course offerings, exploration of mindfulness, meditation, and research. MBSR is a way of dealing with stress and finding joy in daily life. Through walking a mindful path, participants develop increased focus, find empowerment and stillness, and learn strategies for stress reduction.
